B	Baltic Hike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and nurses overall have been ok (informative), though often late and sometimes rushed (tried all of them on various days). As in previous comments, the check-in receptionist does need training on courteous customer service. A smile with simple ‘Good morning, how can I help you’ would make a difference in the overall impression of the clinic as she’s the 1st point of contact for patients.
D	Dylan Chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came home to find my wife in tears thanks to the shaming from doctor J because she had gained more weight than what is considered ‘normal’. All this without asking her of her actual diet. All this after she arrived, and was told to ‘follow the signs’ and being the first time she got completely lost. Then she was left alone in a exam room for 20 min before going to inquire and only then was assisted. Majority of exam was performed by an intern with the cold and unfeeling Dr J making her ill-fated appearance that reduced my wife to tears. The only ray of light was Mary Lou who comforted my wife after her horrible experience. Needless to say my wife will not be returning and I recommend you avoid this cattle corral. And @Riley clinic, no need to copy-paste your same response to every poor review, there is nothing to discuss. Shame on you for treating pregnant women like this!
K	Kelly Jennings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing team. Being pregnant on it’s own is insane, then add a worldwide pandemic! The whole team in the low risky clinic are amazing. My last 2 in clinic appts with Dr Heidi were incredible, she is so kind and really makes you feel cared for. And when it came to giving birth, I felt completely comfortable and safe with Dr Janzen and her team. The nurses we had for Labour and Delivery were phenomenal and really made that part as enjoyable as could be. Highly recommend.
A	Anh Phan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say but wonderful things about this clinic. I was referred to the Grace Maternal Clinic for the 2nd time by my family Dr as this was my 2nd pregnancy. If u can, see Dr Catherine Bereznicki. She has the best bedside manners: compassionate, empathetic, just wonderful caring Dr. She never made me feel dumb asking questions and when I had a difficult delivery of my son she was always there for me. I wish she was my family Dr, there needs to be more doctors like her as they are hard to come by. Nurses Robyn and Jessica were also great to work with. I will miss Dr Bereznicki once I go back to my family Dr. I just had a great experience with her for the past 6mos

I have seen Dr. Bereznicki, Dr. O'Reilly and Dr.Killam during this pregnancy and I have a hard time choosing a favourite because they have ALL been beyond amazing. I never feel rushed, and my questions and concerns are always answered without any judgment. I have been having some health issues this pregnancy, but I feel well taken care of by this lovely team of doctor and nurses (Robyn and Jessica are amazing as well). They have always gone above and beyond to get me the help I need and I am truly blessed to be under care of them.
N	Nick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were great before our little guy was born and now that he is there for checkups and some breast feeding help, they rush you through. They were "pushing" my wife through the door as she was trying to finish up breast feeding and also made her pay for the shields they recommended while she was trying to breast feed. Due to me being unvaccinated, I wasn't allowed to be there in person to ask questions and hear about my premature baby yet a week ago, I was able to stay in the hospital for 3 days and visit other clinics with no issues at all. I later went back in to the waiting room to help my wife and carry the baby out but the waiting room was jam packed. Not wanting to pass my possible covid along due to being unclean and unvaccinated, I went off to the side that was empty. I was then told that the empty side is for the walk in clinic only so I needed to move 4 feet over to the packed waiting area. Makes complete sense
J	Joey Zhong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very limited parking for visitors, and the lines are super narrow ( it does have empty space sometimes but if a big car eg. a truck parked little outside its line, there’s no way I can park beside and get out from the drivers side) . Couple times I have to wait someone to get out to park, sometimes takes more than 10 mins just to park. Not to mention there’s fee to park here every time visiting the maternity clinic. If you are late due to finding a parking space, clinic will let you wait at the lobby for 25 mins not giving you a room, and when you ask then they’ll tell you oh because you are late. I was even 5 mins early when I was at the parking lot. After 30 mins they called me to the room, but turned out being told they might not have doctor that’s available and have to reschedule me for next time. Fantastic and now I’m almost late for work and didn’t get anything done here after driving 40mins to this clinic and wait 30 mins to get nothing.

They receptionists are sweet and kind and to the point, and every doctor and nurse we've dealt with have been lovely, knowledgable and listen to our questions and concerns. They also take into account your previous births and your parenting experience. And a perk is that they never seem to be very behind, so I'm not waiting around much, if at all. Thank you so much to the staff, from our family to yours.
