Also dealt with some warranty stuff for my 2021 Giant Anthem advanced pro....this shop has always been phenomenal I just can feel the positive energy... big kudos to the Ridley's Kensington Team ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridley’s cycle is a great store in Calgary. I showed up with my tires flat and I’m need of a tubeless refresh. Zach the shop staff worker took the time to educate me on how to do the refresh myself and helped me pick out a tire pump for my needs. Will be coming back soon!

Staff helped me find what I was looking for, provided tools and a place to work for me to attach it to my bike, and even helped me bend the rack into shape to fit my bike. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodating and kind staff! I only came in looking for small bike trailer tires, but they went above and beyond to locate the small 16” tires suitable for my requirements. There was a decent selection of products, and the prices all appeared to be in line with the market, and several items with reduced tags to help flush older stock, a true sign of a good company. I'll return for future businesses.

I now own a mountain bike coaching and guiding business, and go to Ridley's to service my bikes and they always provide excellent service at a reasonable price. I also shop there for my gear such as helmets and pedals. They also carry a wide array of women's mountain bike clothing which I appreciate, as some shops don't. Thanks Ridley's for always going above and beyond with your customer service. You guys and gals rock!

All of the staff from the front end to the back in the maintenance area Were super helpful, above and beyond. The store is well organized. The guys that we talked to were quite helpful. We found a bike that was more suitable than the one we liked at the other shop.
Customer service is key and we like the staff at Ridley’s Kensington.
