★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridgeview has some of the most amazing care staff l have ever had the privilege to witness. Everyday l would see team members going above and beyond all duties, the facility runs on compassion and kindness which reflects itself with the residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved my Mother from another facility in town and could not believe the difference in care. The number of staff per resident was high and the personal attention was both caring and compassionate. We called to let them know we would be coming to pick Mom up for a family dinner. When I arrived to pick Mom up she was in the bathroom with two staff who were doing her hair putting on her makeup and dressing her up for the occasion. I stood there for a while listening to the interaction and it brought tears to my eyes hearing the conversations and interaction. They were making in fun for Mom, laughing and joking as they doted on her. When we returned, one of the ladies asked her how her evening was and said they missed her. I realized over the year that Mom was there, that this was typical of the care Mom received on a daily bases. When Mom passed, one of the cleaning staff asked if she could sit with Mom for a bit. It was clear by her emotion that she had developed a relationship with Mom. I would recommend Ridgeview Lodge to anyone that is looking for care for their loved one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can not beleive the attitude of staff i think they have forgotten that these residence are customers, I waa appalled to find unattensed wounds on my friends legs and the explanation his wheel chair caused them. He calls it a prison and I used to tease him about that now I am not so sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind and compassionate staff. There are so many challenges in health care right now but I was always so impressed with the team's attention to my father's care. If I ever had a question the nurse was always able to help me out.
Management always communicated really well with any issue or concern with covid and their director always is motivated hear any concerns and make improvements. I appreciate all the support during my father's time there.
