the employees ( hca's , ect) are very condescending and will complain about everything. hamlets employees will complain about other employees from other staffing agencies. toxic work environment.
not a good ride. stay away if you considering this organization for work. especially students !

the site is always understaffed.
if you are a nursing student , please do not let the employees( care aides, lpn's, and rn's) knoe that you are a nursing student as they will get jealous and talk behind your back.
please look else where as this site is not the best for students to work at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When u come inside it looks great and welcoming the main area is bright and warming, staff are great and friendly. When you go to the other wing (secured) it seems to have less no nice chairs no fresh fruit then main area and less to offer to family visiting loved ones.

Read the rehearsed comments on the reviews they give to any complaints here... exact same. Like its written down for them to repeat... it probably happens so often!.. looking for dirt on disgruntled past workers info before posting...
And you really thinking of leaving your family with these guys.... SHAMEFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased with the care my loved one is getting in The Hamlets, The staff I am familiar with,go above & beyond with love & care. I had a few issues I was not happy with, but I got on top of them quickly & had them dealt with, as I will not put up with any kind of incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was on a contract with hamlets for a couple of months but they shortened it because they said they didn’t need any more workers. There is so much drama there and if your on a contract they treat you like garbage. Had Covid symptoms and they didn’t want to pay for me to be stay here and get tested so last minute they said go home without no warning. I’m from Alberta so I have to pack everything and leave in a matter of hours. This company is so cheap and they don’t care about workers. For your mental health do not work here!
