dont leave phone to be repaired here you will have to fight get it back. been fighting them since. first time i tried picking it up they said wasnt fixed yet went back three days later all of sudden they dont have the phone and they calling me liar i told them check cameras and they refuse to. they know i never got my phone back. iwant my pone back. see still tell people i picked it up. umm no i didnt . i tried on may 1 to pick up the guy told me come back i said okay come back at 5 pm on may 1 and i never came back to pick it and you know your lying check camera and i have the card with repair number and everything. you know your lying big time. worse customer service even calls people liars. why do i have police report open right now if i have my phone. why do i have case bbb. right now to try getmy phone if i have my phone. i dont want money i just want phone i dropped off to be fixed to you. now please give me my phone. i have it listed as stolen phone right now with cell phone company and with samsung. so please i bag give me my phone back you have it and know you do. and really tell your partner company that i picked it up. why do i have repair stick that you stuck on the back of your card and repair number also.. give me my phone and i remove bad report. dont give me i will be have company in court for stolen property and i will keep report open with bbb until i get phone back. i dont want anything else but my phone. and ill never step foot in your business ever again.

Because I dont know a lot about electronics, they were able to successfully gaslight me ("oh that is normal. Oh that is probably a motherboard issue, not because WE effed up the repairs, and definitely not because WE want to cost you more in repairs") into not having something repaired within their 30 warranty, so when I returned with the SAME ISSUES one month later, they wanted to charge me for the repair. 300$ plus the previous 325$ for repairs. Do not recommend. Maybe if you are a man or are percieved as such, you will be given better service and they wont berate you and belittle you. Edited to reflect full experience of Rideau Cell Phone Plus. It is lengthy. My ipad needed the battery replaced. Immediately post-replacement, the screen started fritzing, and I was told it sometimes happens when they remove the screen to replace the battery, and that screen replacement is another $$. I pay to replace the screen. When I get the ipad back, the screen is loose, my home button is loose, but I do not want to be a Karen so I pay and think "this is how a replaced screen looks and how the button feels is in relation to the screen replacement." Immediately after (and I have video to prove) the screen is intermittently non-functional. I wait approximately 3 weeks and return, asking about it. I am told that it is a core issue, that if the screen is intermittent, then theres nothing they can do. I leave, and come back one month later, to ask about my wonky home button and to reiterate that my screen is intermittently non-functioning. This time, they can fix what is happening with my screen! Why was that option not presented during the warranty? My home button worked perfectly prior to the battery and screen replacement. It appears the screen was put back incorrectly, which then broke my home button, and then I paid for them to fix their mistake. That is how it appears. I came for a battery replacement. I left with a defective ipad and had a sexist manager try and mansplain why he broke my ipad and charged me for all the repairs. Do not recommend.

Went to mobile klink they were gonna charge me $249.00 plus tax for charging port and back glass I thought the price was high so I came here to rideau cell phone plus they cleaned my charging port $20 Dollars made my phone charge back lense was $45 I spent 65 in total dealer with Zan and Paul they are the cellular doctor very affordable good service great staff amazing store parts are available so YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT TO ORDER PART SUPER AFFORDABLE ! FIX YOUR PHONE WITH ZAN AND PAUL ! Thank you guys !

Went to these guys 3x for screen repair First time everything fine, but the screen would change when it turned on. Go from dim to brighter Second time, didn't clean The camera out and when I picked up phone calls it didn't work I has has use speaker. Third time go back to get screen fixed because after 3.5 months it glitched out and wouldn't let me use my touch screen. I will never waste money here again. I suggest mobile klinik in st laurent mall, 80$ more but phone came back clean tested. Approved by technician and handed back to me with a LIFE TIME WARRENTY. LIFE TIME NOT 3 MONTHS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE SCAM

Terrible customer service. After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars at at the store, the owner refuses to help me replace a screen protector that he installed less than a month ago. He said he would replace it if it was only a week old. I don't understand!?! Like I said, I've spent so much money in their store and every time I come in with a problem or a question it's like they disregard me completely and totally. He said he can't make money if he keeps doing things for free but he just lost me as a customer and I hope he lost you too.

I been coming here for the past 3 years . Never had any issues . Fixed all my phone's here never had any problems and they have reasonable prices compared to any other store . The owner tank is also good at providing excellent services to me .
