He saved us thousands in costly repairs if he hadn’t found out that walls in the house we were looking to purchase had an extremely high level of humidity and mold. We then moved on to another property which turned out to have all the normal range readings! Thank you

They told me without the landlords approval they cannot provide services. After my landlord agreed to the air quality assessment Justin came to evaluate. He was very thorough and performed a variety of tests including mould. He never found any issues, just recommended replacing the carpeting. Very expensive and most of my symptoms are still present.

We checked the level of VOCs, formaldehyde and micro particles in the air. Also Justin performed some mold testing in basement. They don't do mold removal or remediation, so it's certainly unbiased and they didn't try to sell me anything.

He came and conducted an air quality test as well as measured the moisture in the walls and concrete floor. The air quality test came back indicating an elevated level of mold spores which are likely from the carpet installed on the concrete slab. We will replace the flooring and install the appropriate moisture barrier. I will certainly recommend Justin as he knows his stuff and was friendly, helpful and thorough in conducting the necessary tests.

They were very professional and tested our home with a variety of high-tech devices and equipment. Justin made a great attempt to discover indoor air quality issues, however he was unable to pinpoint anything. We were sent a list of general practices to improve and prevent air quality problems. Overall he made a great effort although it was quite expensive and not really worth it in my case.

A report including interpretation was provided. The assessor was able to define specific areas that were causing my allergies. After my third mold inspection the problems finally solved. Quite expensive, but worth every penny.
