About Ricks Backyard BBQ Packs
Rick Paolini, owner and founder of Rick's Backyard BBQ Packs brings with him 30+ years of Sausage Making and Meat Processing experience. The former owner and operator of Paolini's Sausage and Meats LTD. and Paolini's European Deli has been recognized for his outstanding quality products and creative spins on classic favourites. In addition to Ricks Backyard BBQ Packs, Rick also runs four concession booths in and around the Calgary area, participating in some of Calgary's most prominent festivals and events such as The Calgary Folk Festival, The Calgary Stampede, and The Lilac Festival to name a few.
Over the years, he has been the recipient of several awards including "Best Between The Buns" with his Bison Smokie and "Best International Favourite" with his German Bratwurst, among many others. At the 2019 Calgary Stampede, Rick was awarded the highest achievement to date earning "Best of Show" and "Best Outdoor Food Vendor" and "Best Burger" presented by the Food Network. Of course, all these award-winning items will be available for the Backyard BBQ Packs.
