I have used them for septic and also for vaccing concrete slurry when I'm washing concrete. One of my friends had water leaking in his basement from spring run off and they were there in a half hour on a Sunday to help him out. Highly recommend. Competitive rates and above average service.

A call to High Country was quickly met by great questions and knowledge to make sure they had what they needed to do the job. Ryan and his partner were not only professional and knowledgeable, they showed up with a smile on their faces and prepared to get dirty. They came during the evening rain / snow and quickly and efficiently solved the problem - they saved Mother's Day!

The whole crew, is top notch, highly trained, professional and hard working.
We had the privilege of using them on a project for almost 3 weeks at 24 hrs a day, 3 to 5 truck's. Bryan and Mark made sure we had what we needed and even ran truck's themselves.
All the other operators didn't complain about the long hours, or the boring nights, they worked their butts off.. These guys were awesome, and the project wouldn't have been completed without them. Thanks to all the guys Kent, Sean, Rick, JP, Steve Larry and Kyle for a job well done. If I missed anyone I apologize, it was a hectic 2.5 week's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew we were in trouble when we came home on a Friday evening and saw a 2 foot puddle of pooh coming up from our basement drain. After a quick yell that no one touch anything with the water, then no luck with the toilet plunger, pulling the cover off the septic tank showed the pooh climbing up the stack, ready to flood the basement on any next flush. I reached Larry on call at High Country, who was ready to come out, but after indicating the after-hours rate was double asked if I had tried pulling the pump plug out of the back of the float valve socket and plugging it directly into the electrical socket. After a bit of explaining, I realized what he was asking, plugged the pump cord directly into the socket, and the world's happiest sound immediately began: the pump began to pump. Once we knew we could manage until Monday, we were fine making an appointment for a tank pump-out visit and a pump replacement (the pump was 13 years old, the float valve going first was just the canary in the coal mine) during regular hours. Larry and Brian came exactly when they promised they would, they left a clean tank and a shiny new pump behind, and we got a discount for getting another neighbour to be pumped on the same visit (Larry's truck will hold 3 x 1000 gallon clients in one trip). Sherry also gave us a discount on the pump install for having more than one service on the same day. We can't thank High Country enough for how they operate their business. We will continue using High Country and telling our neighbours about our great experience with them.
