★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their contact for on their website to inquire about a cost for a small project. I needed a zipper placed in an ice fishing tent bag. Wasn't sure if this was something they did or not. Never got a response so I called a week later (on a Friday at 11am)to inquire about Pricing and turn around time. They said they could do it but would have to get back to me Monday with the quote. They did call back Monday (left voicemail) with the quote but no answer to how long it would take. Their quote was $130 when every other company was $40-50. I ended up going with another company instead and saved $90 and had it completed the same day.
