★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VER was quick to respond at first and collect the electronics we had for recycling. However, when it came to obtaining a certificate of destruction it took a bit of chasing and one wasn't received until two months after the pick-up. Apparently this was due to operational challenges with their warehouses and their data destruction equipment (though it would've been good to inform me of this instead of leaving me hanging).
