★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my third year renting through Boardwalk at Richmond Towers. Not once have l ever had a bad experience renting here.
Office Management has always been friendly, respectful and made me feel welcome when l have walked into their office. Any time l had a question or concern they helped me as much as they were able to and if unable, directed me to the right department.
Any maintenance issues l had were fixed promptly and properly. l never had to ask twice. Our building is kept very clean. The grounds maintenance employees work very hard keeping the property exceptionally well maintained all year long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very positive experience while I was living at Richmond Towers, the suite was in really good condition when I moved in, and the online portal was easy to use. The staff were very helpful, especially Brenda when I had to move out unexpectedly, as she was great for helping me get everything organized for my move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good experience living in Richmond towers , easy access to everything, very neat and clean building. Staff is really good and Sushil is really good to explain and ready to help anytime whenever needed. Very professional and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wish zero stars was an option. Had to give a $400 deposit down in order to get a credit check done to see if I was eligible for the apartment.. Which I was told was refundable. Ended up getting approved for it. Then the next day got excepted for a job out of town. Never signed a lease agreement or took possession and went in to explain my situation and get my deposit back and was told that it is now not refundable?? Stay away from this place at all costs. Straight up scammers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very first apartment in Calgary. Suite is huge with all amenties within walking distance. The onsite management is very responsive. So is the maintenance team. As a newcomer from another country, I really enjoy the experience with Richmond Towers. I left because I found a better school for my kid. Otherwise I would have stayed. If possible in the future, I would love to return to Richmond Towers.

The suites are nice but office staff cannot be trusted at all, they were very very nice until I called them out for quoting my friend a completely different market price for the same unit on the same day. I guess once they know you have a savings account you pay more. Was also reminded an insulting amount of times I would have to pay for the year up front, which I had already agreed to do and was not arguing because I'm newly self employed. I have never had such a bad experience trying to rent a place, and have never been spoken to so rudely before from staff. Brenda and Sushil specifically. Ended up renting from another boardwalk location and it has been an extremely pleasant experience with amazing staff. Stay away from these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to boardwalk a couple of months ago and I have loved living here.
The apartments are clean, well maintained. It’s well insulated so there is hardly any noise from neighbors.
The support office is wonderful. Sushil went above and beyond to help me rent and move in to the apartment and Brenda is always so helpful.
I like that there are 24/7 phone lines open and security monitoring the buildings.
It’s a great place with access to many stores, schools and daycare centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely astounding customer service from Sushil, he answered every single one of our questions, showed us a virtual tour while we couldn’t make it to the first viewing and also made time a second time to show me the apartments available that suited our budget. My wife I happy, and we are super greatful for the extra miles Sushil ran to accompany our move.
Mountain views, gym, pool and all the good stuff to keep us busy.
Thanks again Sushil. ? I’d highly recommend everyone deal with you if they have the opportunity.
