When I mentioned that we are likely thinking of buying more like next year they told us there would be more homes available around then but we felt that they didn't really care to continue talking to us that day.

The peak of our bad experience just happend this Friday and Saturday when they had a new release. On Friday january 12th around 11:30am they sent new lot release notice. We went to their office at around 3pm to ask for more info, and there were already about 40 people. One of the sales people was taking names and making a waiting list, so we signed up. However, she emphasized that the list does not gurantee anything and they will close the office at 5pm and people can line up in front of the door, and priority is with pepole who are there on Saturday for the official release. Once we came back on Saturday, we found a notice on the sales office door that they made a reservation list at 7pm on Friday, and people on that list had the priority for sale on Saturday; and, obviously all the lots were gone. We really felt misleaded by the sales person as she gave us false/inaccurate information.
M	Manny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attempted to purchase here a few months back. I waited in line for hours. I was bullied by a group who created the rules. (The group were individuals who teamed together to buy the properties...all investors no actual buyer was going to move in) this was all tolerated by the staff. When we entered in to buy, the sales rep denied us the chance to purchase due to a false story of the team that made up the rules. Essentially racism and bullying were accepted if you were an investor. I recently saw the email the system has changed to a lottery. Still not worth my time. Ive never been that degraded in my life. Hours of racial and verbal abuse by the buyers then being told tough luck by the staff. I was told they would call me to discuss what happened and see if i did not have to endure such degrading behaviour. I never got called back or an email. It is clear select few are welcome and I am unfortunately not accepted.
