★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last 6 month's I've been trying different Pho in Calgary. This was my least favourite as of yet, as the number 14, rare beef soup was so chewy that it was hard to eat and very pink that it tasted and looked uncooked. My partner, who has much more experience with Pho than myself, was quite disgusted with it being on the verge of undercooked...almost as if it was thrown in raw and left to cook in the broth right before I picked up.
Other than that, the soup flavour was good but the green onions were overpowering to the point where you couldn't taste the broth if one onion was in your spoonful.
We would have to try something else on the menu to get a better understanding of the quality of food in the rest of the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. Our server was the most pleasant young lady, she suggested a few items that were her favorite, and now it is our favorite. We had the charbroiled pork and egg on a bed of rice. The egg was a perfect medium soft and the pork was tender and delicious! We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a quick bite when we are in this area (when shopping at IKEA!) Very efficient service from Minh Ky who has been at this location for 15 years! Love the flavours and the variety of soups offered - curry, sate, bun bo hue, bo kho.
Recipes are adopted from the original Le’s Pho menu.
