S	Steve Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend getting your prescriptions filled here! The pharmacists have horrible attitudes and truly do not care about customers needs. I’ve been with this pharmacy for many years, however after my experience today I will be transferring. The pharmacists talk down to you and treat you like you are a burden. The young gentleman who works here has no idea what he’s doing and the older pharmacists are EXTREMELY rude. The only reason I kept coming back was because it was convenient but I would much rather go out of my way than to deal with the terrible service. I hate to complain but I’m so disappointed with the service I have been receiving, especially TODAY, and I do not want others to experience the same dissatisfaction.

Visited very frequently this store in these last 2 weeks for my new born baby and myself. She was so helpful to find the stuff what I need quickly. She was Very friendly.

I wish I knew the name of the lady upfront, who greets everyone who comes in or when they leave the store. If anyone needs to learn how to provide excellent customer experience then lady up front would be the best teacher. I only write reviews for places or people who go above and beyond to make my experience pleasant.

I returned to the store for a refund but was told by the manager that they don't sell expired products...but clearly their old/expired stock had not been removed from the shelves. My newborn would have received expired enfamil had I not realized this in advance. The manager handled this situation quite poorly and we received no apology. Please do better
H	H Rau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 've lived in Woodbridge for 31 years. I have to say I find the the staff at the front in Rexall Woodbridge( weston and rutherford location) to be really nice. I really want to comment on Toni who really is exceptional in her manner to everyone. I have observed her dedication to her job for years. Her knowledge of the products in store is really helpful. She never rushes anyone who needs assistance. She is always kind, especially to the elderly people that come in. I really hope Rexall recognizes and appreciates what a wonderful, dedicated employee that they have in Toni. I really believe in acknowledging and rewarding people that serve the public and hope that Rexall does so too. They are really lucky to have Toni on staff, and I feel the people in the community are fortunate too.

I came here with white spots on the back of my throat, quite visible as myself and another person saw them with a simple phone flashlight. The doctor told me there was no white spots, and to use mouthwash and nose spray to help with the “cold”, and proceeded to test me for strep. They never called me back, so I assumed I did not have strep. I ended up going to a hospital and the strep results came back positive. Never did the walk in call me back to confirm that I needed antibiotics. I do not recommend. This is my second bad experience with this walk-in.
