Pharmacist is rude ignorant and has no idea what shes doing . SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND HEADACHE . GOTO SHOPPERS DRUGMART . 0 STARS
J	Johnny Mars on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and that's why 2 star. But terrible phone system gives it a 2 star overall. Hard to get a hold of people via their phone and the voice mail talks too slow. To get a refill, your best bet is to go to that store ... very inconvenient.
N	Neena Khanam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i have been there for my flu shot. My appointment was at 11 o’clock in the morning. I am totally disappointed with my experience. Staff is very unprofessional, Pharmacist (Adebisi)does not have any idea what she is doing. She is giving flu shot/covid booster without getting proper confirmation from the clients and she gave a flu shot and a covid booster dose to one customer at same time,where as these two vaccines never suppose to be given at same time, threre suppose to be gap between two vaccines. First she gave wrong medication to client and when she noticed she is in trouble she put all the blame on her Assisstant who did nothing wrong.

They are rude and always claim that they never get faxes from my doctor (which is funny because when I switched to Shoppers they always get the faxes). The managment of the store itself are also just plain bad. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Mind you I have never used this pharmacy but I have seen on 2 separate occasions big kerfuffles across the dispensing counter. I went in to purchase a particular item that ended up being mis-priced and when o arrived at the cash the gentleman honoured the price we saw on the shelf. Very kind. Yet Noticeably strange was the fact that there was no music playing. I cannot tell you that every merchant I bet it has music but it’s absence at this location seems noticeable. Overall staff are friendly and want to be helpful. It’s a cosy location surrounded by a fantastic community. Maybe more staff needed??!! If you’re looking for Epson salts for your bath, tooth brushes, discounted candy, and a little bit of quiet as no music can interrupt your thoughts, you come through a place.!
S	Seeing the world In a different way on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Rexall Drugstore is located in the Heron Gate Square on 1725 Walkley Road. This store has a pharmacy, cosmetics, health care items, frozen food, toilet paper and a Canada Post outlet office. The staff are friendly and the store is clean. I like to pop into this store mostly for its postal outlet services. It is convenient and service is excellent. They also have weekly specials on things like toilet paper, detergent etc. where their prices are even cheaper than neighboring grocery stores. To get these deals you need to look at Rexall coupon fliers. It is not a huge amount, but every saved nickel helps. This Rexall also provides good vaccination services like for covid. Lets all get vaccinated to help our world to return back to as normal as life can be. If you like my photos, reviews or videos give them a two jab's thumbs up. Take care and stay safe
H	Howie Kuan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a benlyin extra cough syrup at this Rexall store through doordash in April 20, 2022 to restock some of my cold / cough drugs since Doordash was running some promotions. Today as of May 15, 2022, when my wife was planning to use the syrup, we were shocked that the expiration date of this strup is September 2021. It is expired more than 6 months. This should not happen to a reputable pharmacy. The store should check expiration date more often to ensure everything is okay to sale.
R	Richard Statham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly, courteous and attentive. The nurse that does the injections is one of the best I've encountered and I've seen a few. As for the store they have a great selection of products and its very well laid out.
