The staff were super-nice from the front counter, to the pharmacy. Seemed odd to review a pharmacy, but when I have a great experience with a business it just seems the right thing to do. :)

Service very poor and often rude. New manager often wears his Covid mask at half-mast. Says his beaded prevents him wearing a proper mask ..not good for a health store

I ordered based what’s available on their store and for some reason their pharmacy doesn’t have DayQuil or NyQuil. They couldn’t be bothered to exchange for a generic brand or ask. The reason I’m upset is because I was trying to prevent my partner going in person especially if they’re feeling sick during the pandemic but whoever is working there doesn’t think with their head or common sense. Next time we will come in person coughing and hacking away and see how their much better their service rather than prevent spread of an illness. Honestly if people are ordering via delivery be considerate they’re trying to protect themselves and others!

Overall the staff is helpful, especially the manager and assistant manager. I love this store, but I see from the website that 40 stores across Canada are closing down and this store is probably one of them. That's a bummer!
