Doing small things like sitting on the bus were really uncomfortable as I was feeling a sharp puncture on my upper back (in between my shoulders) At the same time one of my Yoga teachers mentioned that maybe something was happening to me as I was too stiff for a guy my age. So I came to visit Chris in order to get some more in depth information and a proper diagnosis. He run examinations that shed light about what was happening in that area and created a plan that worked smoothly. We realized my left arm and legs were noticeable less strong than my right side among other symptoms. Even after my first visit I noticed a huge improvement. My posture got better and the pain was almost if not gone. I used to come two times a week at the beginning and once a week when Chris decided my neck and spine were healing properly. I keep visiting as I like how my back feels afterwards and there's still work to do. The adjustments are always done carefully and mindfully, in increments that make sense and don't feel risky or heavy handed. The whole team is dedicated and professional, from both Chris and Alain to the front desk staff. Give it a shot as these guys rock!

I went for an assessment when I got to the point where I was feeling tingling on my shoulder and my posture was causing me a lot of pain. Dr. Chris was extremely kind and respectful since the beginning and explained in detail what I could expect from the treatment. I started visiting them 2x a week and now I’m going 1x a week as we can already see improvements. The pain has reduced significantly and I’m looking forward to more improvements in my posture and overall life quality. I’m being treated by Dr. Chris and I once had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Alain. They are both amazing professionals. Annie and Ashley are also extremely friendly, and I love how easy it is to reschedule appointments whenever I need it. Thank you!

Throughout the time we were being treated by Alain, it was obvious that he cares deeply about his patients. He also employs a holistic approach that extends beyond chiropractic care to meditation, exercise, sleep hygiene, diet, gratitude journalling and the many benefits of cold showers (not kidding!). It was also great to have a weekly check-in to talk about pain and movement issues but also to chat about everything from new exercises to try at the gym to Vancouver's best gelato. It's been a real pleasure being treated by Alain and we always left the practice feeling much better than when we walked in. He is always in good spirits and all the other staff working with him are awesome. We highly recommend Revolution Health to anyone looking for effective chiropractic care in Vancouver. 10/10. It felt very impersonal- they were doing the exact same adjustments every time w as little effort to communicate as possible. While I improved at first I hit a wall and wasn’t getting better. It wasn’t until I found another chiro that I realized the proper personal care this place is missing.

Chris takes time for his patients, especially when something is wrong. He always helps me through flare ups with extra care and never gives up trying to alleviate my pain - short term and long term. Chiropractic care has helped me immensely. I went from not being able to walk upright to walking comfortably and being active in my daily life and at the gym. It changed my life. Dr. Alain also steps in to make sure I am taken care of in the event Dr. Chris is out of office. I have mild scoliosis and found after long days of standing or sitting in a hunched position that I would have back pain. I am so excited to say that continuous treatment has minimized any irritation and I have found a new pain-free normal! Thank you to both doctors and the lovely receptionists, Annie and Poppy, who always have a smile on their face when I walk in!

Which then lead me to Revolution Health. Dr Chris performed an extended examination in our initial visit and I immediately felt confident that this could be the solution to my problem Within a couple days of adjustments, I could start to feel less pressure build up in the back of my ear! I could not be more thankful for Dr Chris and Revolution Health!
