β β β β β Booked service based on a quote of $269 and got up charged for everything. They charged extra to clean the dryer vent and itβs as dirty as it ever was. Piss poor way to do business. Tried to contact service provider and got blocked. Guess they donβt want bad reviews. I wouldnβt recommend this company to clean horse stalls never mind furnace ducts.

β β β β β I had them coming today to do a duct cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning.They told me it will cost me $270.Once they got here they told me that I have to do an AC cleaning because when they clean the ducts all the debrits will fall on the AC condensing unit because is installed on the furnace.This was misleading, how should I know that if I want a duct cleaning I have to have a A C cleaning.I wasn't told about this when I booked the service.$80 because I said Yes.After they left I checked the dryer vent outside and it wasn't tou.I spoke with a manager and he offered to give the technician a warning!

β β β β β I called Revolution Furnace & Duct based on the Google reviews and it is only proper for me to add to it. I initially spoke to Eddie and he was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process and pricing. No pressure and no hard selling. Their Tech's arrived as scheduled and did an awesome job cleaning the ducts and dryer vent. He explained the process and showed me some debris he pulled out during the process. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

β β β β β We got a quote immediately after we asked for it and the quote was exact. When they came out to clean our ducts they were prompt, hard working, and thorough in our house! They pulled out wads and wads of dirt and dust, cleaned out mold, and everything in between. I would definitely recommend these guys for cleaning your ducts and vents?

β β β β β I needed my furnace and ducts cleaned. They hadn't been done in years. The guys did a great job. Showed up when they said they would and I found their price reasonable compared to some other companies. The guys who came were really polite too.
I had two young kinds in the home when they did it and it was easy to move them around during it all.

β β β β β Terrible company. DO NOT USE! Did my house extremely quickly and i went to check the filter and replace if necessary because they don't include new filters in their price. What i found was disgusting. When i told them i was unhappy and showed them what they missed they said that it wasn't included because I didn't want the furnace cleaned, however as this picture shows, the filter goes between the duct and the furnace and the duct was full of dirt and garbage. NEVER USE THEM!!!

β β β β β I have hired this company and everything was fine. They call answered and so on. Except I left and wife supervised.shortly this is how it looked when they left. Called txted back. No reply. Left voicemail, no replay .stay away .all three bathrooms

β β β β β This Company quotes us $398.00 then after doing the job gave us a bill for $700.00. They said they would give us pictures and guarantee the work. They never gave us any pictures and would not give us a guarantee. They drilled a hole in our ducting and weβre going to charge us to fix the hole they drilled. They spent less then one hour doing the job and I have no idea if the job was even done. I would not recommend this Company to anyone and would have given it a minus one star if possible. The mess they left behind was disgusting. One of worst experience I have ever had with any Company.
