It being my first time getting a tattoo removed, I was a little anxious about the whole procedure, but May did a phenomenal job explaining everything and making sure you understood the process and was comfortable. The actual procedure was not long at all, and she would always consult with you to see how you are doing. I actually am now not anxious for my next appointment as I now know what I will be up against and to have a kind caring attentive tech, helps the whole process! I'm extremely glad that I chose to go with Reversal when it came to deciding on what studio i'd like to receive this service from. I highly recommend her and the studio!!!

I felt very at ease throughout the entire experience and knew exactly what to expect during and after. She gives easy tips to help with healing and is extremely gentle and professional. Wonderful bedside manner! The price is best I’ve seen in town, with superb quality. The new location is GORGEOUS!! with FREE parking!! I always leave with a great experience :)
