★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Retro Appliances! My washing machine was leaking and when Paul arrived he was already sure as to the reason. Indeed he was right, and repaired the problem quickly! I had the opportunity to learn more about my machine in the process and I now know more about all the settings, than I did when I bought the machine! I highly recommend this company. Professional, courteous, knowledge and kind.

Showed/explained what the problem was so that we understand what happened then even fixed my duct better and cleaned out my dryer hose and vent! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our refrigerator/freezer has been leaking for a long while. Not only have we been stood up for scheduled appointments but the last time he showed up all he did was explain to us how to close a fridge door like we were children. He was meant to come back last week, gave us a call saying he'd be late then he never showed at all. We have left numerous voicemails since then and none were answered.
Unprofessional, unhelpful, and overall a terrible experience.
Update: This is the right place. Keep an eye for messages from Chantal - the home owner. We left another one today.

When we contacted LG about this we were told to bring the fridge to another LG service shop that was in Elliott Lake. Three year old fridge. We will never buy another LG appliance and recommend people avoid this service company

After we had received some incorrect and contradictory information from a different repair shop, we spoke with Paul who was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our fridge and repair it. The service was timely and professional, and our kids loved watching him work. Thanks, Paul!

They did a great job explaining the issues with the appliance and how it will be fixed at the best rate possible.
