I have tried to call the owner multiple times and even left messages but he/she clearly does not want to know how I feel. Very disappointing. They're an 'old Sudbury business' that I thought had a good reputation and were solid folks. Too bad. They don't deserve the business.

Returned my emails in a timely manner and answered all my questions! Pete and Malcom(trainee) were awesome and very courteous during the whole repair process as well. Came back within 2 days and had the part installed in no time! Pete offered some tips and knowledge as well he's a great teacher in showing Malcom the ropes and being patient. I had a pleasure dealing with three folks and would not hesitate to again! Great service for sure!

When i called the owner to discuss she avoided me and i had to call every week to even get my invoice. Stay far far away from this company.
G	GPS Instructor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this company several times. They are busy but I was patient to wait for them to come to my home. First was for warranty work on my microwave range hood. Then for my 10 year old gas dryer. Prompt service, friendly staff and very fair prices compared to the other local technicians. I heard stories of the other companies in Sudbury and the Valley on how they will charge to look at your appliance, say "get a new one" then hand you a $100 invoice. McNiece & Smith did NOT do that and they fixed everything perfectly.
P	Patrick Berube on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off a dryer at their facility figuring it would be easier for me and easier for them to get it repaired. That was well over 6 weeks ago! As far as I know, the dryer is not repaired and I can't get it back to take it elsewhere or even repair it myself. You can't actually walk in to the store during the pandemic. It is open by appointment only. I call every day and no one answers but they have a message indicating they are still operating. No one calls back. Are they out of business? I'm at the point where I have to go buy a brand new dryer because I have no idea if I will ever see this dryer again!
