Very polite and did an amazing job of fixing our washer. Also gave us some useful information on appliances and was more than happy to show us things about our washer. Worked for a great price and gave us options to work with. Highly recommend! EDIT: so we got 1 load of wash out of the thing and then our washer "broke" again...what a waste of $225, should have just put that toward a new washer ?

Very professional and personable service. Was able to get my oven fixed within one business day of calling. My issue was able to be resolved without having to order a new part. I would definitely recommend.

I needed a new glass stove top. Haq's ordered the part and installed it at a very reasonable rate and had good communication throughout. I would definitely use them again. very professional, clean work and I could tell they take pride in the work they do.

Haq's has done three repairs for me over the last few years (two different parts on fridge, one dryer repair). Always prompt, professional, and courteous. Doesn't try to sell you any more than is needed, fair pricing, and the repairs last. Strongly recommend!

I don’t typically do reviews unless I feel that there’s something worth mentioning. The person that I was speaking to was nice on the phone, and ultimately changed out the part that was broken on my dishwasher that had been leaking. I want to give credit where credit is properly due. Unfortunately, I had a few concerns with this service: firstly, the night before he came he had given me a time to be there of 8:30am the following morning and after requesting politely whether it might be pushed back to 9:30 or 10am was unwilling to budge or accommodate that. This said, it was better than the window of 8 to noon that was originally estimated, however, the end result was that he didn’t show up until 9:30am anyways, and then lazily said that he had a “stop” to make. Secondly, he was there to look at a leak in the dishwasher, and yet when asked whether the “standing water on the floor” might be enough to cause damage, or something like mould, he wouldn’t comment or offer to do anything beyond mentioning that he’d use only a rag he had on hand to try to dry up what he could. I had asked if he wouldn’t mind using a towel from the kitchen if it helped but he would not - he said that I would need to call in a contractor to do that. Really?? Lastly, these things cost what they cost but at $230 for the visit, inclusive of a $98 part that he also gets a markup on for less than an hour of work seems a little excessive considering the service that is provided. I get it, it is what it is in the trades industry and I understand that. My hope is that one day things will change, or that some trades company’s/tradesmen out there, like other industries have or like most of the rest of us have, begin to understand that working on delivering good customer experiences should not only be the bar but something that is simply a given and necessary in order to create sustainable businesses and a better more prosperous society overall. Ultimately, I am NOT “not recommending” them as the people that I spoke to were very polite and well mannered. I am instead simply describing the experience that I had in the hopes that future customers find components of it helpful.

Extremely professional services. Very knowledgeable and polite to work with. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for appliance services in Sudbury!
