★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some of the staff are okay, but some are not. Upon arrival I did not feel welcomed, and was greeted with a room full of blank stares after introducing myself. Like it was their first time seeing a human being lol. The rules are strict and not fairly applied to everyone. The work/ tools are very basic and might be okay for people early in their addiction, but they didn't help me at all. They are simple like "plant your feet in the ground and feel the earth". I have found more adequate tools on YouTube even, and better advice from the cab driver who drove me to the bus depot. Anyone who wants discretion I would advise against going there as well, as my privacy was breached to a family member. This kind of thing should be taken very seriously given the circumstances of being a rehab. They gave us numerous talks about the "importance of confidentiality" yet don't seem to practise what they preach (not just with privacy- with numerous issues, such as punctuality etc.) I am a grown woman who has been on my own for years, yet their patronizing rules and disciplines made me feel like a child. It was a waste of time and emotions for me, and I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about.
