★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Caitlin Diggins for the past 3 years (previously where she worked out of before and then recently since she's moved to restorative) for massage she is hands down one of the best there is i couldn't recommend her more. The clinic is a beautiful, clean and inviting location. I would highly recommend her as well as Gina (physiotherapist) they are miracle workers!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experiences at Restorative have been amazing, this facility is calming, welcoming and warm. The knowledge of each specialist is exceptional. I have seen each of them on different occasions.
I’m never disappointed with any service, treatments with Gina or Kim. A deep tissue massage with Caitlin, will leave you feeling like jelly and release any knot or tension you are carrying. Dr. Shannon keeps me in line from the top of my head to the bottom of my toes.

Annabelle was so great with him and he quickly started feeling better as a result of their sessions together. The whole environment at Restorative is great - so calming and focused on wellness. We will definitely see Annabelle again when the need arises. Highly recommend!

The communication between Physio and massage therapist is so beneficial to overall wellness support and injury care. Jamie is able to identify root causes of imbalances and pain and provide exceptional release to balance the body. Quality of service at this clinic is exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gina at Restorative saved my daughter’s feet - literally. As a teen athlete, she had severe pain every time she came off the ice that drastically limited her ability to enjoy doing things she loved like hiking or golf. After trying orthotics and different kinds of shoes to manage the pain, she was told she should consider injections. I knew we could find a better option and made an appointment to see Gina. Best decision ever. Gina took the time fully evaluate the problem and to go beyond a “quick fix” to a long term solution. By providing treatment which strengthened her feet and giving her tools to continue building on that, my daughter is now pain free and is equipped to prevent this issue going forward. Gina’s commitment to her patients + the high level of care from the entire team at Restorative = a truly exceptional and healing experience.

Speaking as someone that has spend the last 25 years in MANY treatment centre's for many injuries, Gina and her team have provided me with gold star treatment. That combined with the most amazing warm atmospheric and well laid out facility design definitely makes the top of my list.(nice work D)

Restorative Sports Therapy is the place to go for expert care for your body with the benefit of food for the soul, given the team, culture, community and energy this place holds. I have personally seen Gina (physio) and Caitlin (massage), supporting me through post baby body after baby 1 and my journey currently in my 2nd pregnancy.
From full body assessment, pelvic floor work, to strengthening, and educating me specifically on what works best for me and my female body, this place and this team is expert grade with humble, welcoming energy. Gina is a must see and highly recommended for physio. Caitlin is another must see who I highly recommend, with her ability to intuitively target and work the areas that leave your body feeling healed. Both 5 Stars and more. Male, Female or Teen - from athlete to someone who wants to do more self care, I encourage you to reach into this team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restorative Sports Therapy is the place to be!! As soon as you walk in the door you feel at ease. From the greeting at the front desk or the hello from a practitioner over the wall; you feel welcome!
I have embarked on many services at Restorative from yoga, physiotherapy, a few private training sessions and massage therapy. Jamie is my massage therapist at Restorative and I can’t say enough good things about her. She has so much experience, knowledge and made me feel so comfortable. A deep tissue massage from Jamie will release any tension you may be holding and leaves you feeling realigned. The thing I loved the most is she adjusted her technique and pressure to best suite me.
The private training sessions combined with the physiotherapy treatments with Gina not only helped with some pain I was experiencing but helped with my overall mobility. Gina listened to my needs and developed a personalized movement program that gave me flexibility and confidence to do on my own.
Both Gina and Jamie are so very knowledgeable, personable and they meet you where you're at. They’re the dream team!! I highly recommend both of them to be a part of your health journey.
