He is very informative and helps you contribute to your healing and growth with exercises, stretches, and personalized recommendations. He also uses technology to track your progress, share his findings with you, and further assist in your treatment. I couldn't recommend Restoration more.

He progressively produces results each and every visit; my treatments over the past year have led to better posture and spinal alignment. Furthermore, Trevor has exceptional bed-side manner; he always listens and provides meaningful medical feedback. β β β β β My husband and I have been going to Restoration Chiropractor for the last 3 months. Dr Mains is very professional, thorough and we liked the fact that prior to treatment we had X-rays and measurements done.
Trevor explains things in a way which is easy to understand and makes treatment plans personal.
We would highly recommend his practice.

I was in for a consult and it was done on time with an extremely knowledgeable chiropractor who talked me through everything and helped me understand what he was doing and what was needed. I will definitely be back!

β β β β β I did have a 20+ year old injury to my shoulder. While I have been able to βliveβ with the injury over the past years, it became increasingly painful in the last couple of years. I reached a point in this last year that the pain became unbearable. I always resisted the idea of going to a chiropractor, but Dr. Robin was referred to me by someone who witnessed me in a very painful state. Within 6-8 visits, the pain had decreased tremendously and the mobility improved 80-90%. I almost βforgotβ that I even had a bad shoulder. I had a major setback and injured my shoulder while away on holidays, but within 2-3 adjustments after returning, I am again and very thankfully pain free. I am so very thankful to Dr. Robin.

His clinic is absolutely lovely. His administratorβs customer service was fabulous. Hours are excellent. This clinic is a gem. I would recommend Restoration Chiropractic to everyone!!
