Our building was well maintained, and had lots of character. Our property manager Zaak was pleasant to work with, easy to reach, and quick to act if we ever needed anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They have beautiful buildings in great locations in downtown Calgary. The only reason we moved is because we were looking for a bigger space, otherwise we would have stayed for a long time.

I met with Zaak to see a unit I saw online, but it wasn't a perfect fit in person. After chatting about what I was looking for, Zaak went out of his way to show me another unit that was more suitable. It was absolutely perfect! I submitted the application the same day and was approved in a few hours. I could ramble on about my experience but these are the highlights: - Painless move in, was able to communicate with past resident about keeping some furniture - Excellent communication, the office was always quick to respond to a message and as tenants we were kept well-informed about things going on in/around the building - Maintenance concerns addressed right away - Respectful neighbours, even in a wood frame building people were very good about being aware of their noise level - Flexible with lease renewal I lived in my unit for just over a year and a half throughout the pandemic, and it was my first time living alone. I felt so safe and comfortable in my home, I can honestly say there is nowhere else I would have rather been.

Zaak is very passionate about what he does, and it makes all the difference. Amazing attention to detail and going out of their way to accommodate every request, I would recommend renting with Residences by Tanzah to everyone I know.

The buildings are well kept with nice retro touches, and they were always responsive when I had questions or issues came up. There were proactive inspections every year to stay on top of maintenance, too. The whole team was friendly and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them as landlords.

The building was well kept and had a building manager on site which was very handy. It was a fair-priced, cute apartment with character, perfect for someone who's wanting to live inner-city. I would recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved our apartment and it was a completely stress-free renting experience. Zaak/Rosie were always super easy to keep in contact with through email, and any issues with the apartment that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally.

Great communication, and were responsive to any concerns or emergencies I’ve had. Maintenance and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Also, the rent is reasonable and affordable for the location. I would highly recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone who is looking for a clean, well kept, safe and quiet apartment to call home.
