D	David Carrillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great. Staff at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. We checked in though, went to our room and turned around and checked out. The rooms are in decent shape but my girlfriend and I had our minds on a chilaxing nite inside after an early dinner to watch Netflix. The TV's is our room were dated and small. That would've been ok but when the remote didn't work it was an easy decision to leave and drive 45 minutes to Orillia to get a nice new room much better equipped for about 1/2 the price. If you're spending time at the lake, this place is great. If not...it's not even close to being worth the price tag.

N	Natalie Rebelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for one night with two young kids- it was my daughters 4th birthday. We had plans to skate at arrowhead (bucket list) but got cancelled due to weather. We got to the hotel and the pool and hot tub malfunctioned. I was so disappointed but all out of their control. The staff and manager were sooo kind looking for ways (going above and beyond) to turn it around. They had balloons in our room and a package of treats and a stuffy with my daughters name on it. It showed they genuinely cared. The bed is so comfy and clean and huge compared to most hotel rooms. The view is beautiful (lake view). A short walk on a boardwalk gets you to Boston pizza and pharmacy.

The breakfast service is bagged because of covid; however it is much the same as the delicious breakfast before covid. We had a lovely break and will definitely return.

The bottle of bubbly was a nice surprise touch for our anniversary. Thank you very much. Following morning the lady at the desk kept our breakfast warm, pass pick up time. Over all they were excellent in service and cleanliness. Will go back in summer.
B	BabyS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here about a week ago, super cute place! The staff were fairly nice and helpful recommended things near by to do. No restaurant inside hotel which kinda sucked but over all worth checking out especially with the balcony and updated kitchen!

We prefer to frequent the local restaurants so not having one on site is not relevant for our needs. The continental breakfast hits the spot and allows us to get on with the reason we come to the area - the great outdoors!
