From being personal and attentive to the needs of guest at the front desk, to the staff that are cleaning the rooms with an efficiency that is to be envied, to the staff running the breakfast that are attentive and thoughtful and more helpful then some full restaurants. The next time my family and I are at any events in the Lacombe area we will be staying here hands down. Congratulations to all the staff at running a tight ship and making the experience a memorable one!
A	Austen Dangelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really can't say enough about the staff at this hotel! We got married yesterday and they had to accommodate most of our family (not an easy task). We stayed 3 nights and had interactions with 6-8 different staff members.... I felt like I ran into one of my best friends each and every time seeing them in the hall/dinning room etc. Dionne and Terry (just to name a couple) were welcoming and the friendliest people you can ever imagine. Also very clean Absolutely perfect stay for the occasion! Staying anywhere else in Lacombe would be a huge mistake!!!

A special shout out to Deborah and the staff serving breakfast they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! The breakfast in the morning was hot and delicious. One of the best (best western plus) I’ve ever stayed in thank you.

The rooms still have a new feeling, and the pool with waterslide and hot tub is great for kids and parents alike. However, we were a bit disappointed with the lack of service for multiple night stays. BW needs to re-examine their service protocol, as it's not really professional to have guests running out of bathroom tissue, or trying to figure out the shampoo and conditioner contraption on the shower wall, because of the obsession with "safety" that keeps staff out of guest rooms when they're occupied. Other than this, it's a very nice place.

The rooms were clean, quiet and had lots of lighting. The staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Will be coming back to this hotel.
L	Lucas Hinks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times and each time my experience has been amazing. Rooms - 5 stars - clean, comfortable, and modern. Guest services - 5 stars - every person I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with has been fantastic. Food - It’s what you would expect with COVID changes. Excited for things to return to buffet style or with a waffle maker haha. They do make some food for you when you ask. They are doing more than just a basic bag lunch which I’ve got from other hotels I’ve recently stayed at in other communities. I highly recommend this hotel. Will be staying here every time I am in the area.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The kids loved the water slide and pool and enjoyed hours of fun. Would definitely stay there again.
