★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my friend to dinner for his birthday tonight, he said his wings were hot, my ribs were barely warm. Besides that, they put a crisp Caesar salad on the same plate as the broccoli, which was hot and the ribs with sauce which were just warm. Needless to say I pulled the salad onto another plate. I enjoyed the salad and garlic toast for dinner. Over $50.00. Not happy!! Boston Pizza just lost my business!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for lunch on our motorcycle ride. This Boston Pizza has a beautiful location, right on Lake Muskoka and has a nice outdoor patio with a beautiful view of the lake. Inside decor was also very nice.
Most important, the food and service was excellent!! I had the Big Dipper(steak on a bun) and my friend had the wings. I made a point of telling the waitress how great the food was. She was also very friendly and our food didn’t take long at all for her to bring it. If I’m ever in Gravenhurst again, I definitely know where I’ll be going to eat. I recommend this restaurant 110%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Jodie our server on Saturday (yesterday) evening. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was playing live music, and she was fantastic!
We appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table of 6 adults and 2 children with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done!
The food was amazing, the honey dill chicken sandwich & Thai wrap, was so tasty and the wings were on point that night. Also Kyle, I love hot sauce and totally didn’t minded to take some home to go.
Also we would like to say thank you to Kyle who is the supervisor, you both were very funny and awesome in your service. We will be back soon (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went out with friends for girls night. In turn she grabbed me chicken Alfredo for takeout. Not impressed with portion size and under seasoned meal. Mountain meatball spaghetti on the other hand is decent for a franchise meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked-in and ordered a couple pizza’s to take to the cottage.
Place seemed pretty new and clean - atmosphere also seemed great.
We would’ve dined-in and enjoyed the view if they had accepted reservations.
Unfortunately you cannot reserve an outdoor table or make a reservation during the weekend - from what we were told.
Service and food was great. Would definitely try again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the herbivore pizza with vegan cheese! Small size is good for a single person imo, was about 8" wide, very filling for me. All of the toppings were good, but skimpy lol. The food here in general seems kinda not worth the price but it's nice that they have decent vegan options
