I was a little frustrated and could’ve sounded rude don’t get me wrong but when I got off the phone, about ten minutes later the boss calls me screaming how I called the worker on the phone stupid and an idiot and that if I ever do that again I’m banned, DO I HEAR HER?!? She was so unprofessional, she called my phone screaming at me, never asked what happened, the first girl lied, and on top of that the busses are always late. The worst public transit place ever
A	Ash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got off the phone with the dispatch for the taxi bus ! First off let me say I have never had such terrible customer service! I understand it's a busy night but that gives you no reason to tell someone "your a f!*king nightmare" ..( I apologize for the language, however I am quoting this individual... who goes by the name "JOHN" who works nights shift ). Especially when I first called it was to simply ask the time for the next taxi bus! Not to reserve one! May I also mention this is not the first time I received so much disrespect from him . A couple of days ago he refused to answer the phone for 20 minutes when I was calling to ask when the taxi bus would arrive since it was over 10 minutes late . When he finally answered he replied in a tone that indicated he was fed up of the calls . NO ONE AS SUCH SHOULD BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS MAN!
M	Miss Minx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is really good. So far no complains. However, the service isn’t so good. I take the 28 everyday since the one in valleyfield only passed once in the morning and once in the evening (ridiculous). The bus and route should be reviewed. Last bus to leave is at 8:30ish and the first one to leave from Montreal is at 13:30 and then the next 15:10, makes sense right???? The bus also takes the Mercier and 20, which usually I have no problem with. But when you know there’s an accident on the bridge, instead of going into the traffic maybe take Champlain???? Took me over 2 hours to get from Montreal to chateauguay!!!!!!!!! So many things to review for the company....
C	Count Cruel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Between buses arriving 10 minutes early, or 10 minutes late, or the rare occasion where they just ignore you and drive past the bus stop because hey, it's not like I needed to work today anyways! This company is the disgrace of the south shore and the biggest reason for people in chateauguay to either get a car or move to Montreal. Terrible punctuality, terrible customer service, terrible price. (Why do I have to pay an extra 100$ for my opus just to go into Montreal every day?!) Honestly I'd give them half a star if I could. If you had a choice between taking an Exo bus and walking across the Mercier bridge, I'd say take the walk, it might even be faster if they closed the Champlain, like they do every other weekend...
r	rebecca lafond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very dissapointed, several times the busses have never showed up and my husband and daughter are waiting in the cold they get to the stop 10 to 15 minutes in advance and wait 30 to 50 minutes after the time its was scheduled to pass. Please make your busses a more reliable source of transportation. When you do ill be more then glad to change my rating and comment. My husband cant miss work and my daughter needs to get to school.
X	Xavi 6 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bad , really really bad . The costumer service might be good but the buses when it comes of punctuality they are extremely bad . They can be late for like 1 h (especially on Sundays ) and for the price that I'm paying it's really not Worth it , extremely overpriced for the service the give. The schedule also really bad on the weekends. In conclusion I wouldn't recommend this bus service , it's better to apply for a driving license and get car if you are living in Châteauguay .
S	Silva Pal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very few bus options evenings and weekends ends. Buses are often late, at 4.75$ each direction, way too expensive. DRIVING my own car to and from downtown MTL costs me about 5-6$ in gas( both directions combined) Way less expensive and much faster. I Do not recommend their service for evenings or weekends. During busy rush hours, they are much better, but still super expensive.
M	M.G. N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no such thing as punctuality with these drivers and they blame it on LaSalle traffic or the Mercier bridge. At times, especially Sundays, the bus doesn't even arrive. Some of the drivers are downright rude. There are people on the 31 and 32 buses who get on without face masks and the drivers don't say a word. One driver said, "I'm paid to drive the bus, not police the people."
