From an employee's point of view, TransDev was a super employer. My fellow drivers were nice to meet and super nice! I recommend this employer for the bus driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j'ai fait une erreur avec mon billet et la compagnie n'est vraiment pas arrangeante. Je ne peux pas l'échanger pour la même journée à une heure différente, je ne peux pas le donner à quelqu'un d'autre non plus. Ce qu'il me propose, c'est de l'utiliser la même journée d'une autre semaine à la même heure. Ca ne fais pas de sens de pouvoir échanger de semaine mais pas d'heure dans la même journée. Je déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec cette compagnie.
I made a mistake with my ticket and the company is really uncomfortable. I can not trade it for the same day at a different time, I can not give it to anyone else either. What he proposes to me is to use it the same day of another week at the same time. It does not make sense to be able to exchange weekdays but no time in the same day.
