Cancel your ticket right before departure. No possibility to be refund easily. No possibility to change bus easily, the customer support is unreachable.

Absolute worst company to travel with!! I booked a bus ticket with my friend from West Palm to Fort Lauderdale at 11:25pm, we arrived 15 minutes in advance as suggested only to realize over an hour later that the bus arrived 25 minutes before the expected time and left without its passengers. It left us in a dangerous situation at night without any other means of transportation for the night. It took Greyhound more than a week to write back and they still refuse to grant me a refund!! They lack organization and the costumer service is horrible. Will never travel with Greyhound ever again!!!

I had planned a trip in Atlanta but we had to cancelled because me and my daughter caught covid 19. I asked for a refund and they said no and offered me a voucher lower than what i paid for. I feel like they stole me 900$. So if you have a health issue you won't get your money back and when you call to their phone number they are rude, don't listen to you and don't let you talk to their supervisor and tell you you can't talk to custumer service because they don't take calls. AVOID this company. Travel by plane or train or rent a vehicule.

Terrible customer service! I had a bus trip from MTL to NY Friday 25th of February night at 11:45 pm planned but they cancelled and they didn't even inform us in any shape or way. We came to the station in advance and they just told us the bus is cancelled and the next one is in 2 days. Won't recommend Greyhound to no one. There was a snow storm on that day and they didn't even bother giving us a call or a email to let us know about the cancellation in advance. Worst bus experience ever!!!

I was on vacations in Montreal and I had no flight back home. I decided to ride the bus but I was very hesitant after reading all the bad reviews about this Greyhound station. I rode the Montreal - NYC route, I was expecting the worst, I was expecting to see homeless and junkies on a dirty bus but it turned out all the opposite. The bus was very well maintained, the bus driver was strict, never rude or disrespectful, he was alright, he kept order along the way, everybody on the bus kept to themselves. We arrived on time to NYC (a little early about 15 minutes). I enjoyed the experience, my first time riding Greyhound. I cannot vouch for any other route but this route I would definitely ride again.

Greyhound buses within Canada aren’t so great but when crossing over to the US the buses are much more comfortable. Generally my experience was good, the drivers were careful and the buses left on time. Travelled from MTL to Detroit

Nice to know Greyhound is still the unreliable & not customer focused operation it always has been. It's currently 3 hours after the time the bus was supposed to leave and your attendant both online & in station has no idea when or if the bus is to arrive. I guess we all have nothing better to do than run on Greyhound Standard Time.

If I could leave 0 star for the customer service I would. Me and my mother caught Covid-19 and had to cancel our WHOLE trip (which included a convention in Atlanta, that we also had to cancel and not attend), our bus tickets were around 900$CAD, Greyhounds completely refuses to refund us. We're getting copy-paste of the same email from their customer services offering a voucher for approx 600$ good for only one year. When we try to call them, the answerer is rude and there is no possible ways to speak to a supervisor. We we're told that customer service does not take care of "this kind of problems", while in the end we are customers who requires the customer service they say they will offer. Honestly, take the train or the plane. It is not worth it to risk your money with Greyhound as they will steal you if you have a medical emergency and will not care.
