L'inspection a pris 5 min tout au plus, aucune explication sur ce qui allait être fait, aucun conseil, aucune question sur ce que je désirais, etc. Plusieurs semaines après la soumission, je n'ai recu aucun retour et on ne répond pas à mes courriels. Je trouve que ca manque de professionnalisme.
 I received it to have a quote to redo my bathroom. The inspection took 5 min at most, no explanation of what was going to be done, no advice, no questions about what I wanted, etc. Several weeks after submission, I have not received any feedback and my emails are not answered. I find it unprofessional.
