Il ne retourne pas les appels, il arrive chez vous sans prévenir et demande près de la moitié de la valeur des travaux avant de débuter les travaux. En plus de toute leur mauvaise gestion lors de la phase de soumission, ils m’ont laissé tomber à 2 jours de débuter les travaux. Jamais je ne ferai affaire aveux Pro Renove. Jamais!! This very small company is unreliable. He does not return calls, he arrives at your door without warning and asks for almost half the value of the work before starting the work. In addition to all their mismanagement during the submission phase, they let me down within 2 days of starting the work. I will never deal with Pro Renove confessions. Never!!

Ils ont su répondre rapidement à mes questions tout au long de la démarche. Ce qui m'a fasciné était la simplicité de leurs opérations. Quand j'ai confirmé la demande de travail, ils ont pu m'envoyer quelqu'un rapidement pour compléter le travail et j'ai effectué le paiement une fois le tout a été complété. Puisqu'ils ont envoyé une soumission avant le travail, je n'ai pas eu de charges surprises quand était venu le moment de payer. L'ouvrier, Dany, était poli et sympathique et il a travaillé de façon organisée chez nous. Si je refais ma salle de bain, c'est garanti que je les appelle. Merci beaucoup gang ! I contacted Pro Rénove Inc. for a fairly simple job of installing an interior door at home. They were able to respond quickly to my questions throughout the process. What fascinated me was the simplicity of their operations. When I confirmed the work request, they were able to send someone quickly to complete the work and I made the payment once everything was completed. Since they sent a quote before work, I didn't have any surprise charges when it came time to pay. The worker, Dany, was polite and friendly and worked in an organized fashion with us. If I redo my bathroom, it is guaranteed that I will call them. Thank you very much gang!
