Ce matin à 07:00 je n'ai pas pu sortir la voiture pour aller travailler!
A 13:00 j'ai fait une nouvelle tentative et toujours en vain! Il y avait trop de neige sur le drive way pour sortir la voiture.
A 13:28 j'ai parlé à Laurainne pour signaler le problème et à date je n'ai toujours pas reçu de service.
Veuillez voir les photos et vous constaterez qu'il y a plus de 5 cm de neige sur le drive way, ce qui est en violation de notre contrat!
 Very very bad company! They are unreliable!
This morning at 07:00 I couldn't get the car out to go to work!
At 1:00 p.m. I tried again and always in vain! There was too much snow on the drive way to get the car out.
At 1:28 pm I spoke to Laurainne to report the problem and to date I have still not received service.
Please see the photos and you will see that there is more than 5 cm of snow on the drive way, which is in violation of our contract!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately not a good company anymore, used to be a few years ago. Nowadays they are always behind their competitors. The competition passes 3,4 times while you have to beg them to pass, very disappointing. Definitely my last year with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad company. Jan 21st 2019 is the first snow fall and they can't even clean propeely. You'd expect them to come once at night to clear out the way and once during the day once people moved their car but nope. They pass once and that's it. Every year is the same. Numerous calls to them just to be told they'll send someone. Really ? Can't they manage their time properly to not leave mountains of snow in driveway ??? Really this is the worst snow plow company out there... Don't bother. Look again.
