Depuis un an, j’attends pour faire remplacer un poteau de galerie du cabanon car les installateurs l’ont coupé trop court et on est jamais revenu le réparer! Il manque un dix centimètres au poteau! Il mentionne fournir le service à Montréal, mais semble avoir plusieurs préjugés concernant le secteur (difficile se rendre, trop de monde, pas assez d'espace), à noter que nous sommes de Verdun avec une ruelle énorme. De plus j'ai dû faire moi même les suivis. Nous avions approuvé la soumission (le gros modèle $$$) mais jamais eu l'appel pour la 2e visite. Donc aller avec une autre compagnie SVP. I do not recommend this company, nor the representative of La Prairie (Mr. Martel). He mentions providing service in Montreal, but seems to have several prejudices concerning the sector (difficult to get to, too many people, not enough space), to note that we are from Verdun with a huge alley. In addition I had to do the follow-ups myself. We approved the submission (the big model $$$) but never got the call for the 2nd visit. So please go with another company.
M	Michel Ballard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un garage installé dernièrement, avec porte de service installer complètement croche et un installateur qui répond ça ne paraîtra pas quand tu va installer les moulures (croche). Je mentionne au vendeur que je veut isoler mon garage et que le cadrage a besoin d’être soufflé plus large que je puisse installer le gypse, impossible il on mis le tout égal, vraiment non professionnel. A recently installed garage, with service door installed completely crooked and an installer who answers that will not appear when you go to install the moldings (crooked). I mention to the salesperson that I want to insulate my garage and that the framing needs to be blown wider than I can install the drywall, impossible it is not equal, really unprofessional.

J'ai fait affaire avec Francis pour l'achat a La Prairie, et j'ai obtenu d'excellents conseils, très personnalisé, axé sur la satisfaction du client, très consciencieux. Le service de préparation de terrain était excellent, ils sont venu voir le terrain avant également pour donner des conseils. Le service a la clientèle pour la livraison a été très correcte, ils ont fait un suivi sur la date de livraison. Les installateurs ont été très gentils, efficaces et minutieux. Excellent service. I dealt with Francis for the purchase in La Prairie, and got excellent advice, very personalized, customer satisfaction oriented, very conscientious. The pitch preparation service was excellent, they came to see the pitch before also to give advice. The customer service for the delivery was very correct, they followed up on the delivery date. The installers were very kind, efficient and thorough.

La compagnie qui a fait l'assemblage est un sous-contracteur, dans mon cas Rénovations Kevin Leblanc, payé par Cabanon Design pour faire l’assemblage. Les personnes présentes lors de l’assemblage on bossé, coupé et endommagé plusieurs parties du cabanon lors du déchargement et de la construction. Après, de nombreux appels services et report de rendez-vous, quelqu'un c'est finalement présenter chez moi pour faire les réparations. Je suis maintenant satisfait de l'état de mon cabanon, mais pour tout le temps perdu au téléphone et les discussions avec le service à la clientèle j'ai tout de même de la difficulté a recommander cette compagnie. I really would have liked to give Cabanon Design a higher rating because the service at the time of the sale was very good, but unfortunately the construction was a real nightmare. The company that did the assembly is a sub-contractor, in my case Rénovations Kevin Leblanc, paid by Cabanon Design to do the assembly. Those present during assembly dented, cut and damaged several parts of the shed during unloading and construction. After many service calls and postponement of appointments, someone finally came to my house to do the repairs. I am now satisfied with the condition of my shed, but for all the time wasted on the phone and discussions with customer service, I still have difficulty recommending this company.
