★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres mauvaise expérience , reparation du climatiseur de 1099$ qui s'est avérée inefficace. Le climatiseur ne marchait plus apres quelques jours et Monsieur Menard veut ni le reparer ou nous rembourser.
Il nous recommande d'aller voir ailleurs , raison il n'a pas d'employés expérimentés pour la suite et evidemment on doit assumer encore la nouvelle facture
En plus je lis l'avis de Monsieur Luis Alphonso plus bas, donc je ne suis pas la seule que se fait dire d'aller voir ailleurs pour reparation et dépense inutile....est ce qu'on appelle ca du professionalisme ??
 Very bad experience, repair of the air conditioner of 1099 $ which proved ineffective. The air conditioner did not work after a few days and Mr. Menard does not want to repair it or reimburse us.
He recommends us to look elsewhere, because he has no experienced employees for the future and obviously we still have to assume the new bill.
In addition I read the opinion of Mr. Luis Alphonso below, so I am not the only one who is told to go elsewhere for repairs and unnecessary expense .... is what we call professionalism ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Sept, my differential was leaking. Checked here and they charged inspection fee plus $20 for refilling the oil. The refilling is really not necessary! They charged the refilling fee again in just a few weeks when the issue got fixed.
Even worse, the differential is leaking again. They told me last time the left side was fixed and this time it's the right side. The differential is a small part. In just two months, you tell me only one side was fixed. And we have to pay inspection fee again and all the same amount of labour for the right side ?!! I don't know about car. But I know it's not easy for me to make money. Please be more reasonable and more responsible for other customers. Anyway, I won't have any more business with you anymore.

As a former mechanic, I've heard so many stupidities from shop owners only aiming at getting the maximum out of your wallet no matter what, it's refreshing to find excellent technician, only aiming at your long term satisfaction and peace of mind. Thaks!
