If I hadn't had the good advice of the two counter salespeople (who are former mechanics) I wouldn't have been able to complete my rear brake job, plus they had all the parts ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La semaine passé j'ai acheté des tambours pour mon auto, j'ai finalment retourné les pièces la semaine suivante (j'en ai acheter d'autre sur un site en ligne), le commis étais visiblement mécontant et ma dit que maintenant il ce retrouve avec les pièces en double et ma ''conseillier'' la prochaine fois de ramener les pièce la journée d'après (avec un air arrogant)
Honnêtement j'avais l'impression de me faire réprimender comme un gamin, quand jétais dans mon droit de retourner les pièces dans un delaie de 30 jours avec la facture et la boite d'origine.
J'ai aussi travaillié plusieurs années dans le service à la clientele, je sais que ce nest pas évident, mais parler à un client comme ca c'est simplement inacceptable.
C'étai la dernière fois que je vais faire affaire avec le napa à Sainte-Catherine.
Last week I bought drums for my car, I finally returned the parts the following week (I bought some more on an online site), the clerk was visibly unhappy and told me that now he I end up with the duplicate parts and my ''advisor'' the next time to bring the parts back the next day (with an arrogant air)
Honestly, I felt like I was being scolded like a kid, when I was entitled to return the parts within 30 days with the invoice and the original box.
I also worked for several years in customer service, I know it's not easy, but talking to a customer like that is simply unacceptable.
It was the last time I will do business with the napa in Sainte-Catherine.
