Suite à leur service de déménagement plusieurs de nos meubles sont tachés, sales et abîmés malgré avoir payé leur temps pour emballer nos meubles.
De plus, notre cage d’escalier a été très endommagée
Après avoir constaté les dégâts la journée du déménagement, les déménageurs ont pris en photo les dégâts. Ils nous ont informés qu’un suivi serait fait. 2 semaines après notre déménagement j’appelle la compagnie pour avoir un suivi sur cette situation. Une personne est venu par la suite évaluer les dégâts et je suis toujours sans nouvelle 3 semaines suite au passage de cette personne.
Extrêmement déçu de leur service à la clientèle et très déçu que ma réclamation ne soit pas mieux prit en charge
I do not recommend this moving company in any way!
Following their moving service, many of our furniture is stained, dirty and damaged despite having paid their time to pack our furniture.
Also, our stairwell was badly damaged
After seeing the damage on the day of the move, the movers took pictures of the damage. They informed us that a follow-up would be done. 2 weeks after our move I call the company to have a follow-up on this situation. A person came later to assess the damage and I am still without news 3 weeks after the passage of this person.
Extremely disappointed with their customer service and very disappointed that my complaint was not better taken care of

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were there on time but noticed I was prepared for the move and everything was wrapped up and ready to go. So to extend the time by working slowly and the distance was a 5 min drive between the 2 homes, they decide to detour who knows where for lunch, on the clock of course. Then they showed up like nothing was wrong. They unloaded the truck and gave me the bill. I paid cash and they were expecting a tip, I told them they ate their tip earlier. On top of that, without my consent they posted a picture of my house on their website and refuse to take it down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was the worst decision I have ever made. They were so unprofessional. They broke 2500$ worth of my belongings and when I spoke to some guy at the office, I think he's the owner's boyfriend that's trying to run the place but has no idea what he's doing, (this is according to his own employees that were moving my things, and the receptionist), told him I would need to be compensated for the damage, he threatened me. It's like making a claim to his insurance would be the end of the world. Horrible service. Horrible employees, horrible customer service and the worst event I have ever experienced as a consumer. This will be followed in court. Do yourself a favor and dont even bother with this company. I would put negative 5 stars if i could.
