Super service chaleureux et professionnel de la première visite à l'installation! Absolument rien de négatif à dire! Super équipe dans les bureaux comme sur le terrain.
Nous avons modifié plusieurs fois notre soumission, chaque fois on nous a répondu rapidement. Nous adorons nos portes et fenêtres et ferons certainement appel à eux pour d'autres projets futurs.

Super warm and professional service from the first visit to the facility! Absolutely nothing bad to say! Great team in the offices and in the field.
We have modified our submission several times, each time we have received a quick response. We love our windows and doors and will definitely use them for other future projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai mandaté deux fois cette compagnie et les deux fois on a eu un service exécrable. Le service de vente (conseillère) a bien été. Cependant les installateurs ne font aucunement attention aux murs (les brisent), au nettoyage (ils laissent l'endroit très sale). Les fenêtres ont des morceaux défectueux, le service après-vente ne tente même pas de les remplacer, ils nous mentionne que NOUS devons nous charger de communiquer avec la compagnie qui a construit les fenêtres. Les quatre fenêtres qui sont au sous-sol (mêmes dimension etc) n'ont pas eu la même installation, ce qui n'est pas uniforme et on nous mentionne que c'est comme ça alors qu'un employé nous a confirmé que les 4 seraient faites comme ça. On nous garoche la facture alors que tout n'est pas terminé! C'est franchement une compagnie que je ne recommande pas, avec un service à la clientèle inexistant. C'est la dernière fois que je les mandate. Leur compétiteur à Saint-Constant fait un travail 100 fois plus professionnel.
I have commissioned this company twice and both times we had terrible service. The sales service (advisor) was good. However, the installers pay no attention to the walls (break them), to cleaning (they leave the place very dirty). The windows have broken pieces, the after-sales service does not even try to replace them, they tell us that WE must take care of communicating with the company that built the windows. The four windows in the basement (same dimensions, etc.) did not have the same installation, which is not uniform and we are told that it is like that when an employee confirmed to us that the 4 would be made like this. We get the bill when all is not finished! Frankly, it is a company that I do not recommend, with non-existent customer service. This is the last time that I mandate them. Their competitor in Saint-Constant does a job 100 times more professional.
