Emma was fantastic at listening to my feedback and keeping the appointment headed in the right direction. They accommodated all of my guests including those on facetime. It was a fantastic day and I am so thrilled I found my absolute dream dress and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day. Thank you to Emma and the Renewed team for making this experience so incredible.

I described a type of dress (not overly bridal), she pulled a dress for me, it fit like a glove, and I bought it The only alternations I needed was hemming. I know it's not always so lucky, but this shop may have just what you're looking for - especially if you're a last minute bride like myself. She listened and delivered, all within 15 minutes. I could not have asked for a more attentive person. She knew exactly what accessories I was envisioning and even made some recommendations I went with in the end. I love this shop and would recommend it to any COVID bride looking to save a little and money on buying dresses for weddings you're not even sure will happen. And for any other bride in a normal world as well. Because who actually wants to buy a dress 8 months in advance? Expand this shop, make it the norm, and we will come!

As a plus sized woman I was nervous having been to a different store where sizing was an issue and I didn’t have a great experience. My experience at Renewed With Love was so different! Their sizing is very inclusive and there were lots of gowns for me to try on and choose from. Emma did a great job of guiding me through the process and providing feedback based on her knowledge and experience without ever making me feel pressured or swayed in a particular direction. She was very patient, supportive and understanding as I struggled to make a decision. Emma was also very helpful when it came to picking out accessories to compliment the gown I chose. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the shop provides an intimate and private experience! The calm environment made it so much more enjoyable for me. I would 100% recommend their shop to any brides looking for a positive, fun and memorable dress shopping experience that also doesn’t break the bank!

I went by myself because I honestly didn’t think I would leave with anything after feeling pretty sad about my previous appointments at another shop. Emma greeted me and I felt instantly comfortable with her. Not only did she have the dress for me to try on but she also found 5 other dresses! She was incredibly knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. I ended up returning 3 days later to try on the 3 dresses I liked with some family members and bought ‘the one’. The experience at this shop was incredible. Anyone looking for a wedding dress must go. It is incredibly worth it.

So I’m a bride on a budget- and every bridal boutique I’ve been to has told me that I wouldn’t be able to find a dress for my budget (<$1000). I’ve had extremely unpleasant experiences with other bridal consultants who pressured me into buying and made me feel WAY more stressed and preyed on my emotions and vulnerability. Renewed with Love is the exact opposite of that- I had bridal consultant Emma who pulled 10 or more gorgeous gowns within my budget and that fit perfectly! I was so impressed with her friendliness, professionalism and expertise with what she does. I knew I found my dress but was nervous to say yes… and even then Emma never pressured me to purchase on the spot. She actually reassured me and told me it was ok to take time and think about it as it was a big decision. Her kindness at all times throughout the appointment and especially in that moment helped me regain my confidence as a bride and made it easy to say yes to the dress. Keep doing what you’re doing Emma- you’re the best!

I was looking for a beautiful dress without the over $2k price tag. I loved that I was able to see their inventory on pinterest before I went so I did not have to waste too much time trying on dresses I knew I wouldn't like. I found my dress basically before I even tried it on. Emma was the bridal consultant I had, and she was amazing to work with. I already knew which dresses I wanted to try on, but Emma was great giving me advice and suggestions. She was very friendly with the people I brought to the appointment too. We all connected over our love for Taylor Swift. Lover by Taylor Swift was playing when I tried on the dress I was most excited for. I knew in that moment that it was the one!

It's no surprise why. The salon is beautiful and had a great range of well priced gowns. My appointment was during the winter lockdowns, and they were great at communicating when appointments had to be pushed during lockdown extensions. My mom, grandmother and I felt very safe in the salon. It also felt private, which was great as I have been to salons where you feel like you are one of a hundred people hustling in and out of crowded change rooms. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on. My consultant was great at pulling options, but it was clear early on that the first dress was the winner. I loved that it was made in Canada and that it was different than any others I had seen. I felt confident and comfortable on the wedding day, which was very important to me. Highly recommend Renewed With Love for your bridal shopping experience.
