★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to a several stores in Ottawa before coming to Fairy Dreams, and the selection of bridal designers was completely unique (my final dress's designer was only available at Fairy Dreams in Canada). The great customer service (Vania was excellent) was the cherry on top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience working with Irene and her team. I made an appointment for the Bella Belle shoes that they carry. The space is beautifully set up! I was able to try on all of the shoes they have in store, decide on the right size and then easily purchase them through the shop where they covered my shipping and duty and had them delivered directly to my house! 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing collection, boutique and owner! Irene carries exclusive designers that you can't find anywhere else in Ottawa. Each appointment is private and tailored to the Bride and her crew. Not only do you get to try on gorgeous gowns, you can also nibble on snacks and sip bubbly, making it a truly unique bridal experience in Ottawa. I found my DREAM dress and Irene truly made me feel like a VIP! Best Experience Ever!

The space is beautifully decorated with feminine, delicate furnishings and is perfect for bringing your girlfriends along. She is responsive, polite and very professional. I look forward to continue working with Vania to find my dream wedding dress!

They took one appointment at a time so we had the place to ourselves. Great selection of high quality dresses. Vania was great with helping me try on and pick my dress. She was patient and very approachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly feel horrible leaving reviews below 5 stars especially during these times but I think its super important that people are aware of this before purchasing wedding accessories here.
I went out of my way to purchase a pair of Bella Belle shoes here so that I could support a local shop when I could have purchased them through a family member in the US and avoided all duties + shipping. The shoes ended up not fitting properly and having pink marks on them so I wanted to exchange them and they wanted to charge me 15% restocking fee which is just wild considering how expensive these shoes are to begin with. When I challenged them they said it was because of duties & shipping... which when purchasing from a Canadian company you don't expect to deal with. I was also extremely disappointed that no one told me this when I purchased the shoes in store or I would have NEVER purchased through them considering 15% is a lot on $519.
At the end of the day they ended up charging me $60 instead of $77 for the return which is still mind boggling to me. I drove there a total of 3 times not just wasting the $60 fee but also wasting gas $ and time (once to try on before purchasing, once to pick up and once to return).
Be AWARE and don't run into the same issue I did please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my wedding dress from Fairy Dream Bridal and it was truly a magical experience. First off, the store is beautiful and the dresses are next level gorgeous. If you are looking for a unique dress with incredible detail- this is your store. Also, the overall environment is comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Katherine and Irene were absolutely lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond to give you the perfect bridal experience. I have been to many bridal dress stores, and this one was by far the best wedding dress experience- even my bridesmaids agree. I highly recommend Fairy Dream Bridal to all future brides! :)
