I have been going here for years now to get the photo facials (IPL) with Siham. She’s so lovely, gentle, and the results are always great! Friendly staff and great prices you can’t beat. I will continue coming here and recommending friends and family!

I am sharing this review for anybody who’s considering buying laser packages at this place. I bought my package for 10 sessions in December 2021. I had to postpone starting to sessions due to Covid and finally managed to rebook them. For my first appointment unfortunately I was sick and I had to cancel. I called and no one picked up and I left a message explaining that I did not want to make anybody else sick and could not come in. I received a phone call from a very rude employee who tried to charge me for missing that session. I called the manager explained the circumstances and she said it was ok and I would not be charged, so I decided to give them a second chance. I came in for my second appointment which was at their new address. I called to get directions but no one picked up again. I got to the parking lot and their sign was not up so I could not find them . I started to worry if I miss my appointment again they are going to call me with the same rude tone trying to ask me to pay a penalty for missing the session. when I got there the first thing I said was why don’t you pick up your phone? The owner of the place was extremely abrupt and said to me that’s because I am with another client! She then made me wait another 10 minutes while she continued to speak to the client even though my appointment was at 3 o’clock and it was already 320. After the client left she started to tell me how she will not tolerate me speaking to her in a rude tone when all along it is her and her staff that were extremely unprofessional and rude to me. Since things were not working out I asked to be provided a refund because we could not obviously work together. The manager said that they would not be able to provide me a refund because they have to ask their bookkeeper to do it even though it is a simple matter of refunding me on my credit card. I provided them my business card and asked that my refund be done immediately by the end of the day. She asked me to leave and started to yell at me. There was no one else there at the time, which made me very uncomfortable and I left immediately left not to be harassed further. I had every intention of being serviced by them otherwise I would not have come after the way I was treated the first time. I’m leaving this review just so you have a feel for the kind of place and people You are going to deal with. It’s perfectly fine that this place may not be able to afford to have a receptionist at all time. It’s understandable during Covid for a small business . However, that would mean that they would be considerate enough to give you more care and instructions for the first time you’re coming there to a new address, for example to mention that their sign is not up yet but they are on the second floor at the F2 unit. The person who emailed me for my appointment did not mention any of that. Rather than acknowledging this shortcoming the manager raised her voice, and Make me afraid by being extremely aggressive. Quite frankly it was unacceptable and shocking. And I absolutely do not recommend them!

Highly recommend coming to get treatments done at Accent! Was recommend to come here for laser by a friend and will defiantly continue to in the future! Run by an amazing staff and wonderful owner! So happy to have found them!

I had gotten the laser hair removal treatment package and it worked very well. The staff was also super nice and friendly. Overall, if your interested in their services, you will not be disappointed.

When you find a diamond you stay with the gem. I know live in Lac st Marie and drive the hour and half just for the whole of Accent and what it stands for and does. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean space. I've been getting laser hair removal and very happy with the results and improvement with the hair growth. Siham is excellent and thorough and explains the process from start to finish. Several different services offered, trying the hydra facial in a few weeks, can't wait. Highly recommended. If you are thinking of laser hair removal or facial treatments this is the place to go.

Overall, amazing experience from start to finish for my first experience with Accent Image. The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and trusting in them. Melanie took the time to explain everything and continuously checked in to make sure I was feeling comfortable. This is the best Hydrafacial I have had and will definitely be back for future services. Sara’s professionalism and customer service has been wonderful. I believe they take an honest and genuine approach towards their clients. Highly recommend Accent Image and I look forward to my next appointment.
