★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went this salon today, to book one appointment to my kid, but I have never been such disrespected. As soon as I came in, I tried to schedule a haircuts, but she said I could not come in without appointment, then she followed me to the door putting me out. I tried to call them to book an appointment and another lady was scheduling to me, but when the same person that put me out heard and realize that it was me on the phone, she told her colleague's to not book an appointment to me.bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really bad orange hair (see photo) and Bob at Jask was incredible at repairing the colour. He was very clear in the steps he was taking to repair it and had such great customer service. Loved the colour he was able to get done with balayage! Beautiful atmosphere in the salon - highly recommend ♥️

From the get-go, he showed great listening and understood my request. He is quick and accurate. Pascal has an eye for color and form. I enjoy my chats with him every time, he makes you feel like family. His Plus! The heavenly scalp massage during shampoo, if for nothing else, is worth booking with him LOL! - I always look forward to my next appointment!

bleached but not very well done and I wanted a balayage. I was not disappointed! My hairdresser was kind and caring, he made sure I was okay at all time. He did a great job, my hair is stunning and exactly as I wanted! Definitely recommend this salon and Pascal. I certainly will go back. Thank you !!

I booked my mom and I a facial here as a fun way to spend our Saturday together.
Before we began the lady asked if I had any concerns or allergies, I mentioned I had sensitive skin and was allergic to some tropical fruits. She looked concerned and ran off to read some of the product labels…
After a few minutes (I am already undressed and in the robe at this point) she comes in and tells me ALL of their facial products contain tropical fruit…. Every. Single. One of them…
Now I have had many facials but this… this was new for me.
After I asked what kinds of fruit etc she really did not seem interested in listing them all and simply said she would not do my facial…
I was very surprised and honestly very upset.
She tried to convince me to get a pedicure instead…?
I sat in the parking lot waiting for my mom (who also has sensitive skin to finish up) she came out RED and SORE saying “they ran out of the sensitive products and decide to mix and match instead”
I had to quickly get her home so she could wash off all the product!
I am so disappointed at the lack of service, professionalism and honestly lack of variety in products… only serving products with tropical fruit!?!?
Will NEVER be going back.

I have to write after reading your response. I don't have any intention to harm any business and that's why I haven't mentioned the hair stylist name in my previous post nor posted the pic of my hair after your hair color service. I totally agree that they have done the test patch on my hair and after that only your stylist promised me that the color that I have chosen will work on my hair. But if you see this pic after your hair color you can figure it out yourself what damage has been done to my hair. My hair has become very rough and the pattern, color of the highlights doesn't look professional from any angle. And moreover, the highlight color doesn't even match 1% to the color that I have chosen. Your stylist has taken my before hair color pic too, it looked far far far better than this. I was not expecting any magic but I was not expecting this kind of result and reply from a professional hair salon. Thanks for your time.
I had the worst hair color experience at this salon. During consultation the hair stylist suggested partial highlights with grey coverage and adding some toner shades (mix of some 6 and 7 color shade ) but after washing it came out just orange shade as he just used the bleach. They told me their price for partial highlights is $120 and they charged me $225 as they told me that they will use some toner shades as I have dark color hair but it seems that the hair stylist have just used the bleach and charged more than double the amount . The salon is well maintained, clean and tidy but they didn't stand up to their commitment.
