★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a warm, inviting environment where you are encouraged to be comfortable being yourself within your own capabilities. I have limitations during yoga due to a sports injury and Erin always finds a way to help me participate fully within my limitations, which makes her classes so rewarding. She gives personal attention to each person during her class. Erin truly makes everyone feel so at home. I could not see myself doing any yoga/yoga ball class anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Erin for almost 10 years. I like her so much that even though I live in the East end of Ottawa, I come all the way to the West every 2 weeks for a massage.
Erin is passionate about the wellbeing of her clients and helping them through whatever issue they are working through. Whether it’s helping to heal an injury or just for regular maintenance, Erin makes sure she understands what is going on her client’s body so much hat she can tailor her treatment to what is most needed. Plus, she is not afraid to use pressure to dig deep into those trigger points! As long as you don’t mind, of course!
Erin has grown her practice to a point now where she and her associates are able to offer a variety of different treatments. From essential oils to cupping to Indie head massage, there’s a little bit of everything at Therapeutic Effects. So do yourself a favour and make an appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Valeria today for my first massage ever. She was great. She took the time to explain the process, created a strategy for the day, and checked in frequently during her work. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and addressing my reasons for the appointment. The location was calm, clean and well organized. I definitely didn't feel like a number and I will absolutely be back. Thank you Valeria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today for a massage with Kevin. Kevin was very thorough, polite & professional. The studio was clean and very nice. They played music that had lyrics and not beach sounds which I really enjoyed. Kevin provided stretches for me to do at home at the end of our session & epsom salt. I will definitely be booking with Kevin again.
