Decor is inviting, clean and warm(not institution type setting)
Compassionate physiotherapist who took the time not only to listen to my concerns she also answered all my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has an insanely high turnover rate. I have had so many issues with scheduling and their record keeping - totally unprofessional, and unacceptable. The newer staff was regularly was catching up on the contents of my file during appointments. The awful record keeping and inability to schedule an appointment make it very difficult to recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very unhappy with my experience.Nobody seems to care about your injuries and the place seemed very insurance biased After a couple of unsatisfactory visits I switched places and I am very happy with my decision.
The Physio therapist did not even touch my body, would print me a sheet of paper and the appointments were 10 minutes long. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being injured goes deeper than your body. It affects you mentally, Its stressful, its depressing, it strips you of your strength and for some your dignity.
The ladies/gentleman here are fantastic. From P.K.’s professionalism and kind greeting as you come and go to Karlie’s supportive words outside of her work scope to those who are just simply fed up with being injured.
Taylor is always so kind and in a good mood wether you are or not and Petra is always pleasant and friendly.
Sherry is fantastic with her clients!
