★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fabulous space with lots of natural light during all points of the day. Access to the standard existing furniture (as well as add-ons) is a plus (and very light to move if they're not needed / you need more space). The stairs are a good workout ;) but the space is absolutely worth it. We were able to comfortably work for the entire day with access to a kitchenette, bathroom, quiet sitting room off to the side for breaks - and delicious snacks from The Thirsty Maiden below! Booking and communication with the MDRN team make coordinating a shoot easy - fast response time, accommodating, professional and clear. Thank-you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented MDRN Studio Rental as a photoshoot location to host a portrait day and it was the best! Beautiful space, great natural light and lots of room for adding your own lighting. I love that there's an empty space to shoot in or set up your own backgrounds/set AND a furnished space to use so you don't *have* to bring your own props if you don't want to.
Love this place! Will be using again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this studio twice, once was gifted to me in exchange for promotion. The booking process and logistics was convenient, touch less and very easy to follow. The space itself is extremely well lit, light and airy. I love that there is a clean bathroom and a private room to change. I appreciate the set up that is available, but also the option of having their white walls. Free parking is a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MDRN Studio rental is the space we have been waiting for! I am a brand + product photographer, and I work with natural light primarily and I love this space so much. It is bright, airy, has high ceilings and sheer curtains for a beautiful soft and diffused light. It's like being in a giant soft box. It's really spacious, the MDRN team is professional and easy to work with - and they provide all the information you need before, during & after booking. They provide wifi, a bluetooth speaker, and there is a kitchenette available, a separate room and washroom on site. We have access to all the furniture in the space, as well as options to add on rentals if they have them (such as backdrops). Highly recommend booking this space! I've attached photos I took there of product/people so you can see what I am talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My MDRN experience was very seamless. I am a creative brand photographer and it was one of these shoots for which I rented the studio and I was very satisfied. The walls are the perfect white, the windows provided ample light, even on an overcast day, and everything worked well. If you're like me and wondering what time of day gets that beautiful direct sunlight, it's in the afternoon -- even gets sunset light in the studio if it's clear.
