★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great overall experience, can’t wait to see the results fully! I didn’t catch the lady’s name at the front desk, but she was extremely friendly and helpful. Madi was the one who did my removal, she was very thorough on the process and aftercare. She was also a delight, which made the process hurt way less. Definitely recommend.

And although it’s not a pleasant treatment to have done, the staff is always very pleasant. Ben is amazing, he is great at what he does, and he always makes my visit as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Ben to anyone needing any tattoo removal!!

Maddy was very knowledgeable about tattoo removal and really lessened my anxiety about the procedure. She discussed all my options with me for prices and really went into detail about proper after care. She was also just a super cool and fun human to be around! Thank you so much Maddy!

The staff and booking was easy and efficient.
The procedure it self was a lot faster than I expected it to be. And again Ben talk me through exactly what we were doing and how realistic I should set my expectations for each visit.
The package deals are the way to go if you are looking for complete removal. Can’t beat it.
I would recommend these guys to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had 4 treatments done (3 at their old location when they were Second Skin) and they are always amazing. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and so friendly.
And the laser tech I had this time was INCREDIBLE! She was fast, so knowledgeable, and listened to my past experiences and went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible (I am super sensitive to cold so she altered how she used the cooling air)
10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have a tattoo removed safely and professionally

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben is the BEST.. so knowledgeable about laser tattoo removal. So friendly as well! He explains everything as he goes. He is literally the only person on the planet I would let touch my skin for laser tattoo removal. He did one session on my stomach and it worked so GREAT!! I have seen him for two tattoos so far and highly recommend his skill and his shop in Edmonton.

I came in with a complete mess of a sleeve and he gave me hope that one day I could have a tattoo that I loved. We are getting to a place where I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and that is all because of Ben’s experience and knowledge. He has always treated me fairly and made things work for me financially and my schedule. I’ve got to know him on a personal level and he Is a wonderful person. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a tattoo removal solution in a heartbeat.
