Puis quand je demande une facture pour les assurances il me charge plus cher... puis as prit 1 mois avant qu'il menvoit la facture photographier sur une table . Pas très professionnel pour envoyer cela au assurance. Ça pris 3 jour de plus pour qui la scan et me lenvoit par email...très déçu du manque de professionnalisme et de service. Et ils n'ont pas le droit de changer le prix ainsi.
They give me a price of $ 150 taxes included for a tow. Then when I ask for an invoice for insurance it charges me more expensive ... then took 1 month before he saw the invoice photograph on a table. Not very professional to send this to insurance. It took 3 more days for me to scan it and send it to me by email ... very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service. And they have no right to change the price as well.
