M	Mark Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remington YMCA is the best one in Calgary. I have been to 6 different locations of YMCA in city. I ever lost my car keys and other stuff, but each item was found and returned to me. but when my family members missed something in Seton YMCA branch, e.g. basketballs, locks. they were gone forever. Only matter is why it opens only till 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
D	Dmitry Aleksandrov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. Friendly staff. Odd playlist at times, not alot of people, different age groups and skill levels. Great place if you want to pace your workout and not be rushed. No one is slamming weights here either.

At morning 6 30 on weekdays there is line up to enter, also on weekends hours are limited to 7 am -1:30 pm Edited: Gym start to open at 5 30 am..giving 5 *
M	Matt Stel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym is awesome, well lit, lots of equipment, and nice layout. Pool is great. Kids pool is deeper than Shawnessy, but not quite as warm. Splash park is kinda fun for the kids, but gets cold fast when the water is on. Lane swim is great. Hot tub is typically pretty good. No steam room that I am aware of. Brookfield has more bells&whistles with the slides and florider, but minus that and this YMCA is just as good!
S	Sarah Weedon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time there. I like it the facility is clean, the people are respectful a few odd balls here and there and the staff are friendly and helpful. Locker rooms/change rooms are open and co-ed which for some is not for the faint of heart I guess, Really different set up but it works well for me as I have a boy who needs assistance sometime and being a single mom I can't go into the mens locker rooms at other facilities and have been yelled at in others lol. Pool water is warm for small kids and a mixture of salt and chlorine, pool staff are constantly circling which makes you feel safe in the water. Anyways I really like the place its worth the drive for me.

The facilities are new, it's bright and spacious, there's a lot of equipment, the staff is attentive and friendly, and it's very clean. I also like having the Calgary Public Library and a coffee/frozen yogourt shop in the same building. I have not tried the classes yet. I only wished they closed an hour later at night.
